Do you have any vacation plans this year? Are you going (or hoping to go) somewhere new or are you returning to a family-favorite destination?
I’ll kick things off with my answer:
Matt and I have birthdays that are only a couple days apart – mine is Tuesday and his is next Friday – so this year we thought we’d really celebrate with a trip. We’re heading to San Francisco for a long weekend with my dad and stepmom next week – they love it out there and have been wanting to take the trip with us for a while, and we’ve never been. I’m really looking forward to it!!

My biggest vacation plans and hopes are to not have to work over the summer so my 5 year old and I can play and have a blast before he goes off to K in the fall. Otherwise it will probably just be the long weekend at Daytona Beach!
San Francisco is a great city. It’s sort of New Orleans with hills. Great food, nice people — I’m sure you’ll enjoy every minute you’re there.
For my vacation I’m considering Chicago or New York.

Both of you are Pisces? Wow, I knew there was a great reason to like you. My b-day is March 8, a week before the Ides of March. How cool would it have been to have a birthday on the Ides of March? Vacation this year will consist of the Florida Keys or a cruise to Mexico, something simple. With fuel rising so high, I am not sure we could afford to fly to California from Florida, we may have to take out a 2nd mortgage for the ride. Good question.
