I went today and got 2 of the kraft philly sliced cheese, and 1 individual package of the philly indulgence. It did not print a catalina, and the store said they know nothing about it. Oh Well I guess.
Alycia, what size was the Indulgence? The Catalina specifies 5 oz+ so that may have been the problem. If it’s over 5 oz, I would suggest that you call Catalina directly – the store won’t know anything about the Catalina but when you call they can often generate your Catalina and mail it.

There was a printable q for $1.50/1 any Philly indulgence. My local store has the 4 pack individual boxes 2/$3. That means FREE! I can’t remember where I got this q. Kraft First Taste maybe?
